Billy & his team carried out a loft conversion for us. The whole experience was made much easier due to great communication and consideration. Quality and attention to detail was brilliant. Would highly recommend Billy & team - thank you guys 😊.

We moved into our forever home last year and it had been so well cared for that we wanted to replace the Sunroom with the due care and attention that it deserved. Billy, Jen, Martin, Aidan, Ryan, Lewis along with all of the other tradespeople involved did a wonderful job. This was our first time having construction work carried out on this scale. We were kept informed of any issues as they arose and discussed the various resolutions with Billy and his team. The hard work and pride taken in their work was very much appreciated. We would highly recommend Billy and his brilliant workers due to the high standard they provided during our renovation. We can now enjoy our garden from a beautiful Sunroom.

An amazing experience from start to finish, Billys attention to detail and work ethic is out of this world. Being able to contact Billy anytime is refreshing and also wee Jen in the office ❤️ I’d thoroughly recommend Billy for your project ❤️🏡

I recently had the pleasure of working with Billy on project of extensive house renovation (walls knocked down, install new kitchen diner, old doors blocked off )and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. From start to finish, Billy demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. Inevitably, issues arose during the renovation process, as they do with any substantial project. But any challenges that emerged were promptly addressed and resolved This level of diligence provided me with immense peace of mind throughout the project. Communication was another area where Billy excelled. He kept me informed at every stage, providing regular updates and being readily available to answer any questions I had. This transparency fostered a trusting and collaborative relationship, which I greatly appreciated. The quality of workmanship delivered by Billy and his team was nothing short of fantastic I would highly recommend Billy to anyone seeking a reliable and skilled builder. Their exceptional management of trades, effective problem-solving, clear communication make them a top choice for any renovation project.

We recently employed Billy McGuire Joinery and Building, to build a 2-storey extension and additional alterations to our house. We were really impressed by how quickly the work progress, the high standard of work and the seamless transition between the trades. This can be all put down to Billy's project management skills. We have recommended them to several friends and we would happily use them again.

Can't recommend this company highly enough. They have done a number of jobs for us including joinery, plastering, ceiling work, even installing a skylight window for us. They are professional, reasonably priced, turn up when they say they will, and above all do a great job. Most recently they put up some shelves at the top of our stairs, and in our son's bedroom - the work was done promptly (they came and completed the work the day after we contacted them) and to a high standard. My wife and I are delighted. Top marks.

We had Billy and his team in to do a double store extension for us. To say Billy and his team are first class is an understatement. Cannot praise the work high enough they are hard working rain or shine. The work they do is excellent. Any building work anyone needs done then Billy and his team are the guys for the job. So happy with what has been done 🙂🙂🙂

I used Billy and his team for our full loft conversion. I would encourage anyone to work with Billy. His team are honest, hard working, reliable, work to very high standards and their work has really impressed us. I would recommend Billy to anyone! We certainly will be reaching out to him if we have any more work. Thanks again!

I have been totally satisfied and impressed with my recent renovation undertaken by Billy McGuire Joinery. The dedication and skill shown in all aspects of joinery and building was outstanding and very fairly priced. Billy undertook a very large workload including re-roofing, attic flooring, kitchen replacement and painting. Externally he provided a large expanse of decking and hut assembly. I would have no hesitation in asking him to undertake more work or recommend him to others. Nice to have a professional you can trust.

Could not recommend more. Amazing communication all throughout and managed to fit me in fairly last minute. Archie did such a great job, didn't have to worry about a thing. Really appreciate it and could not be happier.

What a wonderful experience - always on time, communication excellent, quality of work first class. All the tradesmen who attended the job were very polite, always mindful of my views and completed the work to a very high standard. I can’t commend Billy McGuire Joinery & Building highly enough.

Guys replaced an external sill, very happy with the job, tidied up after job done. would highly recommend them.

Billy helped me out at very short notice when I was let down by another joiner. Archie did a super job of my herringbone flooring and rescuing the mess that had been left by a previous unscrupulous fitter. Polite, patient and reliable from the first communication. I look forward to receiving a quote for Billy's team to fit my new kitchen.

Recently fitted some solid oak skirting for me and extremely pleased with the finish. Archie and Billy arrived promptly and the standard of work was first class. Would highly recommend

Great, reliable service from these guys. Work was completed fast and efficiently, the finishing detail and quality is what makes them stand out.

New front door & door furniture installed today by Billy. Great to still find people who take pride in their work. I highly recommend Billy McGuire Joinery and will definitely contact him again should I need any joinery or building work done.

I had to have a living room window removed at short notice to get a new couch in. Even though he was extremely busy, Billy and his team managed to fit me in around his other work. Turned up on time and completed the job to an excellent standard. I would Highly recommend Billy and his team.

Billy and his team took on a large extension project for ourselves and can’t recommend them enough, the results are fantastic. We had a few issues along the way but billy kept us up to date and resolved anything with complete professionalism. We will be using billy for any future joinery work and would recommend him to any of our friends and family too. Pleasure to work with from start to finish

Billy and his team were excellent when we needed to reinstate our old office back to its core shell. They left it in a better state than when we had entered the property 10 years previously, but the main thing was the way that they worked around us - always considerate and always helpful. Take down and "after" photos below. Great job guys!

Billy has done several jobs for us including a set of fitted wardrobes, replacing decking and steps, and boxing in an open staircase. Billy and his team work to a high standard, tidy up well, and are punctual and polite. Would we recommend him? Absolutely. No hesitation.
